The Power of the mind is paramount. Decide on the things in your life you wish to change or improve: There are probably lots of things you wish to do, improve or achieve. Some you may discover at a later point as you realise the power of the technique and its possibilities open up to you.
They may be materialistic like money or business or spiritual - how you relate to yourself, your self image for instance. You may wish to improve your memory, or to get on better with people. To help you stop smoking. To overcome Phobias (fears). To be more confident, to heal an injury or a medical problem. To relieve stress, worry or anxiety. To relate better to friends or family. Perhaps to remove negative thoughts. There are literally thousands.
You are the only one who can decide - but you may wish to ask a friend for a candid assessment of your personality or the things you habitually do. Don't be too surprised if they see you totally different to how you see yourself. Don't argue with them. If you have asked for a fair assessment and they have given you one in honesty. Then take note of what they have said. Perhaps add it to your list after due consideration. Do not worry if you have tried to change in the past and have failed. You are now trying a new and very powerful alternative. Give it a chance to work.
